My daughter have been training her for over 4 years and this gym is HOME! The training is top notch and the environment is family! We love it here and highly recommend for both kids, families and individuals looking to grow, improve and train in an environment that will both push you to be better and encourage you every step of the way!!
The best gym in the area without a doubt. I’ve been training at AKB for 2 years now and it has become my second home. If you are looking for a martial arts gym this is the place to be. My only regret is not starting sooner.
AKB is a community as much as it is a gym. The teammates and coaches have become a second family to us and our kids. We have incredible training and coaching as well as the convenience of a very flexible class schedule for both kids and adults. Highly recommend it for anyone interested in getting in shape, learning self defense, or even thinking of becoming a competitor.
